About the Documents
The Complete Set of Documentation contains one copy of each of the subsequent documents. It is designed to be printed back to back and as such contains blank pages.
If you wish to supply alcohol (that includes giving it away, not just selling it) you must fill out a Notice to Supply Alcohol and submit it at least a month in advance.
Similarly if you wish to provide Adult Entertainment you must fill out a Notice to Provide Adult Entertainent no less than one month in advance.
